Welcome to Catalyst Canine Massage Therapy

My name is Kirsty Duncan and I am a Clinical Canine Massage Therapist. I help to rehabilate soft tissue injuries as well as support a range of orthopaedic conditions such as Arthritis and Hip Dysplasia. I cover areas of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Hampshire and Oxfordshire.

Massage is a natural and non invasive form of therapy involving the skilled manipulation of the body's soft tissues, including muscles and fascia. Often it can take between just 1-3 sessions of Massage Therapy to see improvements in a dogs mobility, activity levels, gait and posture. It is also an effective form of pain management.

I help  a range of dogs, from young, active and sporting dogs such as agility dogs recovering from lameness, to middle aged dogs who may be slowing down or seem stiff and old before their time. I also work with senior dogs and dogs with Arthritis to help manage their pain as well as other Orthopaedic and Neurological conditions.

I have trained for 2 years with the Canine Massage Therapy Centre

in four different disciplines of massage.

  • Swedish

  • Sports

  • Deep Tissue

  • Myofascial Release -Indirect and the Lenton method

of direct release

I am a  member of the professional association - The Canine

Massage Guild.
